Overview

$16.28/hr plus 60% commissions
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and experience working with clients of various ages. This role includes teaching private lessons and clinics. The Instructor will create a positive learning environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and skill development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
Instruct participants in various activities, ensuring safety and proper technique.
Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence.
Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitions as necessary.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote a cohesive program.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Requirements

Experience in coaching or related fields is preferred.
Strong skills in behavior management to effectively handle diverse student needs.
Background in pickleball.
Previous experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
