Position: Service Desk Associate, Part Time
Department: Service Desk
Reports to: Service Desk Director
Rate of Pay: $16.28/hour depending on experience

The Pacific Clinic, premier health and sports campus of the northwest, has an immediate need for a Part-Time Service Desk Associate to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Greet/check-in members, respond to questions and concerns, provide accurate answers and solutions to members needs.
● Register members for programs and events, schedule appointments, process payments, answer multiple phone lines.
● General cleaning, stocking, sweeping and mopping.
● Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service.
● Follow company policies, and guidelines at all times.

The schedule will vary, 10-30 hours per week. Successful candidates will have availability to work evenings Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Part-time benefits include full Clinic membership privileges for themselves and eligible dependents, use of the nursery (during usual hours) when performing work duties, discounts and quarterly guest passes!

Required Qualifications:
● 18+ years of age
● Available evenings Monday through Friday and all day Saturdays and Sundays with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.
● Must possess Food handler's card, or have the ability to obtain, within 2 weeks after hire date.
● Ability to communicate and interact with all kinds of people (both externally with customers, and internally with company team members and other departments).
● Motivated, energetic, outgoing, friendly, driven work ethic.
● Time management skills and ability to multitask.
● Fantastic phone skills, i.e. well-spoken, excellent active listening skills.
● Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
● Ability to stand and smile for long periods of time.
● Ability to lift up to 10lbs.intermittently.
