Background& Experience
I was born in South Africa near Cape Town. My family moved to Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, where I was raised until we moved to the Tri-Cities when I was in high school.
While in high school I attended Columbia Basin College’s running start program.
I earned my Bachelors of Health Science degree from Walla Walla University in 2008.
I then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2012.
My professional experience includes a variety of treatments for musculoskeletal, neurological and congenital conditions, for all ages from pediatric to geriatric.
Passions
My passions are, spending time with family, rock climbing, hockey, mountain biking, tennis, badminton, and most recently disc golf.

Specialties
I have special interests in treating orthopedic and balance conditions. Especially in regards to the vestibular system for restoring function in patient’s that have suffered from dizziness, vertigo and post-concussion symptoms.
Why Physical Therapy?
While playing hockey I suffered concussions, chronic back pain, SIJ dysfunction and AC joint separation. I have also had whiplash, and a torn ACL requiring surgery. My personal experience with injuries helps me empathize with my patient’s. I have benefited from physical therapy and understand the vital role it has in restoring physical function, returning independence and enhancing quality of life!
