Regenerative THERAPY

If you desire to improve your cognitive and emotional status; if you’re experiencing neurological decline; if you’re not performing to the standard you require, we are here to help you learn how to get your life back! Don’t let your injury or prognosis define you!  You are in control of your life!

Brain Scans

Baseline Testing

To get where you want to go you have to have a game plan. Baseline testing is imperative to starting our program. A baseline allows you to efficiently manage your progress. Giving you, your own personal encyclopedia of your brain in your current state.

QEEG (Quantitative Electroencephalogram): Determines the status of your brain and assesses early cognitive decline or any abnormalities in the brain function. It serves as a benchmark- should there be any changes in brain function in the future. And if there are any abnormalities, there would need to be further consideration of possible treatment or intervention.

CNS (Central Nervous System Vital Signs): Enables an objective longitudinal assessment of a client’s core neurocognitive function using computerized neuropsychological tests. It can assist in the recognition and evaluation of neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., Mild Cognitive Impairment, Early Dementia, etc.). It measures, evaluates and tracks cognitive function.

Kinetisense: Measures in 3D Range of Motion, Balance, Posture and Functional movement. Special modules teach athletes and clients how to move more effectively.

3D Fit: A 3D scan of you to be repeated as desired to see your progress as you morph into the new you. Changes are often so subtle that we don’t realize how much we have changed for the better. Now you can!

Keto Testing: A ketogenic metabolism helps restore optimal vitality and reverse many chronic

conditions. Coupled with glucose sensitivity testing, this lets you know if you are insulin sensitive (a good thing) or insulin resistant (leading to possible diabetes). The combination of the two are markers that you are probably on the right track to optimal health. This is self-administered and done as needed under direction of your coach and/or medical advisor.

Offering a variety of treatments places all the puzzle pieces together. Utilizing each treatment allows us to assess and improve neurocognitive performance. Using these methods you will flush your brain with more oxygen then you’ve ever had. Your coach is alongside you, pushing you to be your best and offering daily support.

We have a variety of additional treatments @THEPC.

SSR (Superset Stacked Recovery): Profuse your brain with oxygen like you have never experienced before. The brain is super-oxygenated while your heart rate is increased to a comfortable aerobic level. The brain is able to rid itself of toxins and come alive, the whole body recovers from fatigue and maintains your vitality.

Whole Body Sound Vibration: Nothing has come along that can increase the health of cells from the inside out. 10 minutes on the Vibrasonic is equivalent to an hour of mild cardio. The blood circulation and lymph drainage is increased. Faster recovery from workouts and injury. Special sound frequency panels are customized to meet your specific need(s) whether it is aching joints, lower back pain, losing weight or generally elevating your mood while reducing stress. Use it both before and after exercising to jump start the workout and recover more quickly.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy: Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy radically increases the blood circulation at the capillary level providing more nutrients and oxygen for the cells and at the same time removing toxins, breakdown products and carbon dioxide. Heal faster from an injury and recover more quickly from a hard workout.

HBOT:  In a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber, the air pressure is increased two to three times higher than normal air pressure. Under these conditions, your lungs can gather much more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. When your blood carries this extra oxygen throughout your body, this helps fight bacteria and stimulate the release of substances called growth factors and stem cells, which promote healing.

Act-React Therapy: Assessment that uses timed and patterned lights to analyze reaction time. By using the visual cues it allows for reaction time to be tested, recorded and practiced for improvement.

VR Meditation/ 40 Hz Sound & Light: Utilizing a virtual reality headset, we combine 40Hz light, guided breathing and meditation to help reduce the beta amyloid levels in the brain. 40Hz light helps brain waves move back into a normal rhythm.

Manual therapy: In the human body each joint is made up of muscles and bones that fit together in a certain way. When something rotates out of place due to injury or repetitive stress, pain is usually the result. Our therapists use their hands to feel subtle abnormalities so they can manually release tension and/or correct alignment.  You will be given a home program to manage your pain independently after you are discharged.  Please call and ask to speak to a therapist to see if manual therapy is right for you.

SUPER-set stacked recovery (ssr) therapy:Combining Therapeutic Exercise, Neuro Re-education, Oxygen Saturation/Desaturation and Vibration our therapists work to help improve your health status. Each session is customized for the patient to enhance results and monitor progression.

JONES STRAIN CONTERSTRAIN: Jones Strain Counterstrain is a hands-on technique developed by Dr. Lawrence Jones in the 1950’s and now known as Fascial Counterstrain. This technique improves arterial blood flow while assisting in lymphatic and venous drainage.  It decreases muscle and ligamentous dysfunction and relieves nerve tension.  It also serves as a pain-free treatment for tissue dysfunction.

Massage therapy involves manipulation of the soft tissues of the body.  This technique affects the muscular, skeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, and other systems of the body. The basic philosophy of massage therapy is aiding the body to heal itself.

Swedish massage

Uses long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles. This is sometimes combined with active and passive movements of the joints. It is used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation, range of motion, and relieve muscle tension.

Deep tissue massage

Applied with greater pressure than Swedish it effectively releases chronic muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction across the grain of the muscles.

Sports massage

Specially adapted techniques to address the effects of athletic performance on the body and the needs of athletes in regards to training, performing, and recovery from injury.

A deep massage applied to individual muscles. It is used primarily to release trigger points and increase blood flow.

HOT stone massage

This technique combines hot stones and full body massage. The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.  The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

The healing nature of water makes aquatic therapy a vital rehabilitation tool. Patients can move in ways they never would have attempted on land. Water offers both support and resistance, creating a soothing and therapeutic environment.   Please call and ask for details.
