Hay muchas maneras en que podemos trabajar juntos para ayudarlo a alcanzar sus objetivos. Sus opciones incluyen entrenamiento personal privado o asociado y/o programas de entrenamiento de equipo TRIBE. Hay muchos clientes que hacen una combinación de ambos. Es posible que vean a un entrenador una vez a la semana para que los haga responsables, mientras también se desafían a sí mismos con nuestros programas de capacitación de equipos TRIBE de vanguardia. También podemos desarrollar un programa que el cliente puede hacer por su cuenta. ¡Las posibilidades son infinitas!

Elevate MAX is a high-energy, power-packed class designed for the fearless. Crafted by Catiana Brayton, a local and world-ranked IronMan competitor, this athletic-based workout focuses on unlocking your inner athlete. With an emphasis on total body strength, stamina, and endurance, Elevate MAX is perfect for those seeking a dynamic and challenging fitness experience.

Ranking System:

ELEVATE is a level-based fitness program designed to help keep you motivated and track your fitness progress over time. 

 

Our program consists of 10 levels and each level consists of 5 movement patterns and a conditioning circuit designed to assess all aspects of fitness.  

 

To Elevate to the next level, you must pass the fitness test associated with your current level. 

 

As you Elevate through the program, you will earn wristbands to recognize your achievements and move up the leaderboard for everyone to see.
