What makes our Aquatic center the BEST in the Tri-Cities? We have 2 indoor pools, 7 lap lanes, 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 outdoor 18+ hot tub, 1indoor hot tub, and a cold plunge tub!! .. OH! & SplashDown Cove!












Lap Lanes Require Reservation
Reservations can be made through our app, by calling 509-783-5465 or by clicking the button below.
Pool 1:
25 yards/75 feet
89 degrees
Lanes 1 & 2 MUST be reserved. Max 1 person. Lap swimming, walking, or water fitness.
Pool 2:
25 yards/75 feet
81.5 degrees
9+ feet in areas for diving
Lane 1 is first-come-first-serve when not being used for other programs.
Lanes 2 & 3 MUST be reserved. Max 1 person. Lap swimming or water fitness.
Lanes 4 & 5 MUST be reserved. Max 2 person. Lap swimming or water fitness.
Reservation Rules: Reservations not used within the first 15 minutes will be void and the lane will become available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Aqua Blast
A fun blend of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Aqua Bata (Tabata), and energizing music. Not recommended for beginners or de-conditioned individuals.
Athritis
Functional fitness for balance, flexibility and daily activities all based on Arthritis Foundation guidelines.
Aqua Workx
Saturday classes are so much fun that they have their own name. Aqua WORKX includes Aqua Fit, Aqua Dance, and Aqua Blast offered on a rotation.
Masters Swim
This class is for swimmers who require little or no technique work. The main focus of this class is endurance and speed work. Classes are intended for seasoned swimmers or triathletes who are looking to step up to the next level of competition.
MASTERS SWIM ADULT SWIM TEAM: TRI-CITIES ATOMIC STURGEONS (TCAS)
Swimming competitively isn’t just for the young, join the Tri-Cities Atomic Sturgeons at @THEPC! This adult swim team is a great way to stay competitive in the water, get in a good workout, make friends, and have fun!
Aqua Dance
Dance your way to fitness with our Aqua Dance class. The energetic music and fun choreography get you moving in the water like never before!
Aqua Fit
The perfect combination of technique and fun to improve core control and cardio-respiratory endurance.
TRI-SWIM/INTERMEDIATE MASTERS SWIM
A class perfect for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and want to have formal stroke instruction. The goal of this class is to increase swimmers’ speed, build endurance, and develop and refine stroke techniques.
Extended Masters Swim
This class is specifically for advanced swimmers or triathletes and provides a longer, more challenging, and intense workout. Swimmers who are training for longer swim distances are recommended for this class.
Aqua Deep
Challenge and strengthen your core muscles: Stronger abs and lower back
Gain better balance and stability
Improve posture and protect joints
Promote weight loss
**This class takes place in deep water with the assistance of buoyancy belts. Moderate to High intensity class for conditioned individuals.

AQUA STRONG
Experience the power of the pool in our Aqua Strong small group training. High intensity intervals paired with special drag resistance equipment gives you powerful athletic fitness gains.
Aquatic training in the low-impact pool environment means getting the same results as land based training while protecting your joints, improving your circulation and reducing swelling.

Private Swim Lesssons
Private lessons are great for anyone 10+ who wants to learn how to swim, or is training to improve their technique. Linda Mauws, our private swim instructor, started her swimming career when she was 8 years old and has been a fish ever since! She competed competitively in high school and participated in Master's Swim as well. She has been with The Pacific Clinic since October of 2020 and she is excited to help you reach your swimming goals!

AMERICAN RED CROSS
LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION
This 40-hour course teaches you the skills to become a certified American Red Cross lifeguard (r.17). This course covers the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard and how to carry them out in a professional manner. It covers rescues, first aid, CPR / AED, and practical skills.
Next course is offered in Winter 2022 Date/Times TBD.
Full Certification Lifeguard Course:
This is a blended learning class that will consist of online, eLearning material as well as in-person learning. Students will be given a link to log in to the online content which must be completed before the first
in-person class.
To enroll you must be 15+ years old and able to pass a standardized swim test*. Certification exams and skills testing are offered upon completion of the course. Register at the service desk to receive course information and syllabus.

This course will review materials and skills needed to renew an existing American Red Cross lifeguard certification. Participants must pass a standardized swim test* and attend a review class as well as complete written exams and in-water skills testing.
TRI-CITY CHANNEL CATS
The Tri-City Channel Cats are a USA Swimming-affiliated team. They provide a year-round competitive swim program for athletes of all ages and abilities. Practices are held at Tri-City Court Club and Columbia Basin Racquet Club.

ABOUT THE CHANNEL CATS
The Tri-City Channel Cats swim club is a USA Swimming year-round competitive swim team offering high-quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to the national competitor.
Our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend swimming will be quality time.
The Tri-City Channel Cats, a nonprofit club, is run by an elected board of directors which meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers. We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to maintain a well-rounded competitive swim team.
