What is Regenerative Training?

Our Regenerative Training Program is designed to optimize cellular function, enhance oxygenation, promote neurophysiological health, and stimulate cellular repair and regeneration. Utilizing a combination of cutting-edge technologies and therapies, our program aims to improve overall well-being, performance, and recovery from a diverse spectrum of conditions, including but not limited to stroke, post-concussion syndrome, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's, cognitive decline, and beyond.

Testing Services

Before commencing the program, each participant undergoes thorough testing. This includes a comprehensive intake questionnaire, a Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG) to determine the appropriate frequencies for photobiomodulation, a Computerized Neurocognitive Assessment test to establish a baseline for comparison, as well as a kinesthetic evaluation to measure and gain insights into individual physical capabilities and equilibrium.

Treatment Modalities

Our Regenerative Training Program offers a comprehensive approach to cellular regeneration and neurophysiological optimization. By integrating state-of-the-art therapies and technologies, we aim to support individuals in achieving their health, performance, and longevity goals.

HBOT utilizes a pressurized chamber set to 4psi to enhance oxygen saturation within the body.
The increased oxygen levels facilitate cellular respiration, ATP production, and vasoconstriction, leading to improved blood flow and reduced cerebral edema.
Supplemental oxygen is supplied to the participant through an oxygen cannula to ensure that the participant receives an adequate supply of oxygen.

Live O2 System:

This system utilizes an oxygen concentrator, reservoir, and mask to control oxygen saturation levels to achieve intermittent hypoxia (high-altitude training).
Once high-altitude training causing vasodilation is completed, the body is flooded with oxygen causing vasoconstriction. This back-and-forth exchange enhances blood flow, oxygenation, and cellular voltage, thereby promoting recovery, healing, and performance.
This regimen consists of intervals of high-altitude training, limited to a maximum of 2 minutes per session, with the entire treatment spanning 20 minutes.

Vibragenix Whole Body Sonic Vibration:

This innovative whole-body sound vibration plate technology triggers contraction, leading to enhanced blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and cellular voltage modulation through the oscillation of sound frequencies

Hot/Cold Therapy:

Hot

Utilizing breathing techniques to enhance the release of beneficial compounds such as EPO (erythropoietin), heat shock proteins, and BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor).
After initiating this release, continue for approximately 2.5 minutes allowing for optimal absorption of these compounds, promoting cellular repair and cognitive function.

Cold

Immersing oneself in cold temperatures for around 3 minutes, typically ranging between 40-50 degrees Celsius.
This cold exposure prompts a significant increase in norepinephrine (by about 550%) and dopamine (by about 200%), along with the activation of cold shock proteins.
This process induces mitochondrial rejuvenation by shedding senescent cells, fostering the generation of healthier mitochondria, and promoting overall cellular vitality.

Brain HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training):

Brain HIIT is a cognitive exercise modality that combines physical activity with mental challenges to enhance brain function.
This innovative approach alternates between bursts of vigorous physical exercise and short intervals of engaging cognitive tasks, such as playing chess or solving puzzles.
By incorporating both physical movement and mental stimulation, Brain HIIT aims to boost blood flow to the brain, increase neural connectivity, and improve cognitive abilities such as problem-solving, memory, and focus.
