There are many clients who do a combination of both. They might see a trainer once a week to hold them accountable, while also challenging themselves with our cutting-edge TRIBE Team Training Programs. We can also develop a program that the client can do on their own. The possibilities are endless!

Crafted by Catiana Brayton, a local and world-ranked IronMan competitor, this athletic-based workout focuses on unlocking your inner athlete. With an emphasis on total body strength, stamina, and endurance, Elevate MAX is perfect for those seeking a dynamic and challenging fitness experience.

Ranking System:

ELEVATE is a level-based fitness program designed to help keep you motivated and track your fitness progress over time. 

 

Our program consists of 10 levels and each level consists of 5 movement patterns and a conditioning circuit designed to assess all aspects of fitness.  

 

To Elevate to the next level, you must pass the fitness test associated with your current level. 

 

As you Elevate through the program, you will earn wristbands to recognize your achievements and move up the leaderboard for everyone to see.
