GROUP RIDE

 

A thrilling cardio workout inspired by outdoor cycling.  Set to motivating music in an inspiring group environment you’ll burn a ton of calories while strengthening your lower body.  Bike shorts recommended.

 

ADDITIONAL CLASSES

 

Bootybarre

 

This class fuses Pilates, dance, yoga and athletic interval training.  Sculpt, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk.  bootybarre also increases balance, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. 

 

WEATHER POLICY

If Kennewick schools are delayed or cancelled due to weather, all early morning group fitness classes are cancelled except for the 9:05 AM Group Ride class. Classes after 10:00 AM will run as scheduled. In the event of hazardous conditions (such as freezing ran), check Facebook or call the Clinic for cancellations and updates before afternoon or evening classes.
