UpBeat Barre(TM) is a muscular endurance-based workout that fuses strength training, ballet, yoga, and pilates with popular music to create a sweaty, fun, and balanced workout with varying levels of intensity designed to include everyone. UpBeat puts the FUN in FUNctional by utilizing a full range of motion mixed with small muscle movements for a balanced offset to your cardio fix.


Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body.

Group Fitness Events

It's time for a PC Launch Party! Help us celebrate new tracks and choreography! We make it extra fun by supplying healthy snacks and raffle prizes for those who attend. The best part? Bring a non-member friend for FREE! Try 1, 2, or all 3 of our launch classes. RSVP is required because these PARTIES fill up fast. 

Non-members who attend a launch and join within a week receive a free month when they sign up for membership.
