How we treat

We treat a varity of symtoms and pains that keep you from living the life you want to live. Don't see a categeory below that you fit into? Give us a call anyway, we are ready to help you!

Swedish Massage

Uses long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles. This is sometimes combined with active and passive movements of the joints. It is used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation, range of motion, and relieve muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Applied with greater pressure than Swedish it effectively releases chronic muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction across the grain of the muscles.

Sports Massage

Specially adapted techniques to address the effects of athletic performance on the body and the needs of athletes in regards to training, performing, and recovery from injury.

Neuromuscular Massage

A deep massage applied to individual muscles. It is used primarily to release trigger points and increase blood flow.

Hot Stone Massage

This technique combines hot stones and full body massage. The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
