Body Positioning Skills

Front Float and Back Float: both flat and relaxed
-with little help form instructor
Rolls with help: Front-to-Back & Back-to-Front
Wears goggles

Arm Pattern Skills

Does Superman Arms with Straight leg (Flutter) Kick
Arrow Arms - elbows next to ears and Hands stacked out front
Alligator Arms - scooping arms, reaching in front of body
Monkey, Tree, Rocket Arms - while in Back Float

Leg Pattern Skills

Straight Leg (Flutter) Kick - long straight legs, no bending at the knee
-does this more than half of the time when on front
Intro to Flutter Kick on back
Intro to Monkey, Tree, Rocket legs - while in Back Float

Safety/Advanced Skills

Listens to Teacher and follows directions
Staying on their chairs
Waiting for Ready, Set, Go prompt
Will grab objects underwater - 4ft. deep
Pencil Jumps to Back Float with help
SAFETY DAY: Lifeguards, Rules and Life Jackets
