Nichole Rodriguez, ARNP

Nichole is a lifelong resident of Washington and has resided in West Richland with her family
for the past 10 years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington
State University Tri-Cities campus and worked as a bed-side Registered Nurse at Kadlec
Regional Medical Center for 7 years, in addition to home health nursing. While working as a
nurse she attended Gonzaga University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing-
Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Nichole’s experience as a nurse includes acute care, cardiac,
covid, geriatric, and psychiatric patients. As a nurse practitioner, she looks forward to treating
all patient populations including pediatrics, women’s health, and geriatrics.
When not working with patients, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband Josh and their
son Noah, and their many pets including 3 German shepherds and 5 adopted rabbits from the
local small animal pet rescue. Her hobbies include reading, board games, traveling,
snowboarding, and watching her nieces and nephews compete on their sports teams.
Over the years she has grown an immense love for her local community and she looks forward
to providing the highest quality of healthcare to her patients and their family members.
